Terms governing use of the digital services operated by Clarity App Systems, s.r.o.
These Terms of Service apply to the websites, mobile applications, subscription features, and related digital services operated by Clarity App Systems, s.r.o., unless a specific service provides supplemental terms.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not use the services.
If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and keep that information reasonably up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, or use another person's account without permission.
3. Service License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for their intended purpose.
This license does not transfer ownership of the services, the software, the service content, or any associated intellectual property.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the services.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or bypass access controls or subscription controls.
- Do not upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Do not misuse support channels, payment flows, or account recovery mechanisms.
5. User Data and Content
You retain rights in the information and content you submit to the services. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, and display that information to operate the services and support your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is lawful and that you have the rights needed to submit it.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Restores
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Pricing, billing period, trial availability, and feature scope are shown at the time of purchase.
Purchases made through an app store or platform provider are billed and managed by that provider. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable platform settings before the renewal date.
Refunds, billing disputes, and store-account purchase management are generally governed by the applicable platform provider's rules. We may use RevenueCat or similar infrastructure to verify entitlements and restore eligible purchases.
7. Account Deletion, Cancellation, and Termination
You may delete your account directly in the mobile app through Account Settings -> Danger zone -> Delete account .
Deleting your account removes access to authenticated service features, but it does not automatically cancel any auto-renewing subscription that is managed by Apple, Google, or another platform provider. Platform-managed billing must be canceled separately through the applicable store account.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the services, or create legal, operational, or security risk.
8. Intellectual Property
The services, software, design, text, graphics, video, structure, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Clarity App Systems, s.r.o. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these terms or mandatory law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the services or their content.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, operational stability, or product development.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available at all times or on all devices.
10. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all content will always be complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Any informational, educational, or instructional content is provided for general information only and does not replace qualified professional advice, supervision, or independent judgment where such advice or supervision is required.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity App Systems, s.r.o. and its directors, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if no payment was made.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
12. Platform Providers
If you access a mobile application through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or another platform, the platform provider is not responsible for the operation, support, or maintenance of the service except where required by its own terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
Courts with jurisdiction in Prague, Czech Republic, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these terms, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires a different forum.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
